Synchronise the power on for your mining components, with this dual ATX power supply connector board.

Connect a 4 pin Molex connector to the board from your main power supply, then plug the 24 pin connector from the second ATX power supply. This tiny circuit board will power everything up at once and also allows for easier restarts as the clever little board will ensure both power supplies start up at the same time.
